This collar features a D ring in front and a locking loop in the back! Each collar has an adorable hand cut suede doily liner. Each doily suede is cut by hand! Each collar comes with a heart lock and 2 keys.
These collars are pre-made and fit 14.5" - 18.5".
ALLERGY INFORMATION: All silver hardware is nickel plated, buckles are stainless steel. Gold rivets and buckle are solid brass and all other brass hardware is brass plated.
